While the PPO plan covered basic treatments, the plan premiums and out-of-pocket expenses for the remaining treatments greatly exceeded the C500 dental savings plan rates. Consequently, the employee experiences higher OOP costs with the PPO plan than they would have with our C500 savings plan.

VSP Vision Care

Looking for a low cost vision benefit? Our trusted vendor partner VSP, through the VSP Vision Savings Pass program, can bring your employees savings on eye care and eyewear. Employees receive one low rate of $50 for eye exams, 15% savings on contact lens exams, special pricing on complete pairs of glasses and sunglasses, plus more.
